Tokorozawa citizen festival

Today I want to Tokorozawa citizen festival. See the picture I took! I was enthusiastically received! In fact, now a typhoon is coming and it is rainy day in Tokyo area.



Some food stalls opened by sheer determination. I bought some Indian foods and Yakitori. They planed many programs but I didn't see them because I was drenched to the skin. Why they don't suspend the festival?



WInds is getting stronger now.
