As to "latest".

Once, my friend's mother asked me "Why do you, who like the latest technology things, like Japanese history?". I couldn't answer because I was a kid. Some years ago, another man asked me "Why you, are working in latest field, like to study such old area philosophy?". I could answer at that time. I said "Philosophy is the latest area, more advanced than the latest science." with smile on my face. The man gazed at me with a puzzled frown.



That is, the latest science is condemned to be out of date. However, human being itself will not change. "will not change" I say means that human being is always the latest. For real, we can regard that the philosophical fact of Buddhism has not changed　in a dramatic way. Japanese philosophy 's fact and Buddhist fact are not different　at bottom. To learn about Buddhist philosophy which is the Japanese philosophy's basis is always the latest. Our object has not changed because we are human kind. From point of my view, you will agree with me about this, Shakespeare's theme is latest because we are still human. "betrayal" is the latest matter, eh? (At to Japanese history, history exists only at present and it is matter of present day, even if you time-traveled, the age you arrived is your present and not my present.)



I think such latest studies create latest technology. I think we will develop 21st-century-society along with what we are because it is the only way technology can make real human happiness.



I wrote this to write about our future later.
