DOW-N ESCALATOR?

I found an article which explains actual condition of sub-prime loan by districts. They furnished with funds too much. Its interest rate is very high. It is as if loan shark's rate. You know, the interest-rate will runup more. I wonder why lenders thought such financing go well.



I can't be certain, but an analyst, who is Japanese and American securities company's analyst, said if DOW plunges, it would plunge to about 12,000, which was the figure as of last global downturn in stocks. I heard so several month ago. At least, $12,800 closes at hand. By the end of september, hedge funds may sell massive quantities of stocks. In most case, August 15th was the limit of rescission of contract. I guess many people decided to cash in. Another analyst said DOW would plunge to 12,400 or so.



I read and watched some analysts said it is a perfect opportunity to buy stocks on internet and CNBC in America. But, if I was an American, I never buy stocks now. (Although, I can buy American stocks here.) It is may be a great opportunity, but we can take a look an likely excellent opportunity to see real window of opportunity. Business managers are also kids of human. They tend to want to cover up the loss. There is no knowing.



NIKKEI would not sustain big damage from the bad loan directly, but shrinking in credit market is very danger for NIKKEI. I wish American markets is successful in doing soft landing.
